CCS Global Tech is seeking an HR Business Partner to collaborate with business leaders on various HR initiatives. The role involves managing employee onboarding, HR operations, and supporting workforce needs while ensuring strong relationships and communication across all organizational levels.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with business leaders on Action planning, Succession planning, HR support
- Manage and support Employee onboarding, Weekly HR operations, Budget monitoring, Compensation changes
- Support virtual and on-site workforce needs
Requirements:
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Strong business partnering mindset
- Comfortable working with stakeholders at all levels
- Experience with Workday (preferred, but other HR systems acceptable)
- Proficiency in Power BI
- Strong relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication (across all organizational levels)
- Time management
- Industry Background Insurance Consulting (e.g., Deloitte or similar firms)
