Envision Technology Solutions is seeking a Product Manager – Growth & Lifecycle to drive user acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention using data-driven experimentation. The role involves leveraging tools like Amplitude and Braze to build impactful user journeys and optimize product experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Define and execute growth and retention strategy across user lifecycle stages
- Analyze user behavior, funnels, and cohorts using Amplitude
- Design and launch targeted lifecycle campaigns (push, email, in-app) via Braze
- Own A/B testing roadmap and experimentation framework
- Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and data teams
- Identify drop-offs and optimize activation and retention funnels
- Translate insights into product features and improvements
- Track and report on KPIs such as DAU, MAU, retention, and LTV
Requirements:
- 3–7+ years in Product Management / Growth / Lifecycle roles
- Hands-on experience with Amplitude (funnels, cohorts, event tracking)
- Strong working knowledge of Braze (segmentation, campaigns, journeys)
- Experience with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks
- Strong analytical skills (SQL is a plus)
- Understanding of user behavior, CRM, and engagement strategies
- Experience in consumer apps, fintech, e-commerce, or SaaS
- Familiarity with CDPs, attribution tools, and marketing automation
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
