Senior Product Designer (Digital)

RDA is a digital transformation consultancy helping enterprises solve business challenges with AI and technology. They are seeking a Digital Product Designer to create high-quality interfaces for web applications, translating business needs into visually strong user experiences and maintaining design systems.

Responsibilities:

• Design high-quality interfaces across web applications, from wireframes through high-fidelity prototypes on high-impact, cross-industry projects
• Translate business needs into intuitive, visually strong user experiences
• Build and maintain design systems in Figma, including components, variables, and design tokens
• Use AI tools to explore concepts, generate variations, and accelerate design workflows
• Produce developer-ready designs and partner closely with engineers on implementation
• Lead workshops and present complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in UI, product, or visual design
• Strong Figma skills, including components and design systems
• Proven visual design ability across wireframes, mockups, and prototypes
• Experience using AI tools to support design workflows and concept exploration
• Strong communication skills, including leading workshops and presenting ideas clearly
• Understanding of design systems, design tokens, and front-end collaboration
• Exposure to design tokenization
• Component handoff to development
• AI-related certifications in design or UX
