Aspire Bakeries is a leading company in the bakery industry, known for creating delicious foods that bring people together. The Sr. Manager, Corporate Accounts – Customer Development will lead strategic customer relationships and drive profitable growth with key Foodservice distribution partners.
Responsibilities:
- Lead strategic development, planning, and execution for assigned Foodservice distributor accounts
- Cultivate long-term customer relationships and act as a consultative business partner
- Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities aligned with customer and market insights
- Drive category programs, joint business planning, and impactful customer presentations
- Partner with field sales, brokers, and internal cross‑functional teams to ensure flawless execution
- Manage contracts, pricing, forecasting, trade spend, and account-level financial performance
- Support operational initiatives including deductions, aged collectibles, and product updates
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field
- 7+ years of Foodservice industry experience, including corporate distributor account responsibility
- Proven ability to build strong customer relationships and influence across multiple levels
- Strong financial, analytical, and strategic problem‑solving skills
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal effectiveness
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ability to work within customer/trade planning systems
- Ability to travel up to 50–75%
- MBA or advanced business coursework
- Experience in bakery, distribution, or value‑added Foodservice manufacturing
- Experience leading joint business planning or category management initiatives
- Strong ability to interpret category insights and market trends
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional strategic projects
