AI Learning Events Project Manager

Kforce Inc is seeking an AI Learning Events Project Manager to lead training and coaching programs. The role involves managing the program lifecycle, coordinating logistics, and ensuring effective communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Lead planning, coordination, and execution of a structured training or coaching program
• Manage the full program lifecycle from pilot through broader rollout
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and dependencies
• Identify risks, issues, and blockers and implement corrective actions
• Coordinate logistics across locations, including scheduling, meeting setup, and resource alignment
• Manage session scheduling across time zones and stakeholder availability
• Serve as the central point of contact for cross-functional stakeholders
• Facilitate regular check-ins and provide status updates to leadership
• Oversee participant intake, tracking, and session coordination
• Match participants with appropriate facilitators or coaches based on needs and availability
• Ensure program materials and communications are prepared and distributed on time
• Coordinate pre- and post-session communications and feedback surveys
• Track participation, outcomes, and feedback to assess program effectiveness
• Prepare summary reports with insights and recommendations for continuous improvement

Requirements:

• 3+ years of project or program management experience
• Familiarity with AI tools and workflows, including hands-on use of tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or similar platforms
• Experience coordinating initiatives across multiple teams, stakeholders, or locations
• Strong ability to manage timelines, priorities, and multiple workstreams simultaneously
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments
• Experience managing pilots or phased rollouts
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
• Proficiency with collaboration tools, scheduling tools, and basic reporting
• Tech-Savvy: Familiar with digital collaboration and project management tools, and leverages AI tools to enhance workflow efficiency
