Senior Technical Project Manager – Integration (Remote)

Beth Israel Lahey Health is a growing healthcare organization dedicated to making a difference in people's lives. They are seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to manage projects in the Technology & Innovation service line, develop project plans, and influence stakeholders to drive successful outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, define, and execute project plans, budgets, and schedules/deliverables; establish metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of project/program
• Oversee development of integrated testing, validation, development of training materials, and the conduct of the training
• Assign and oversee the daily tasks of technical personnel while ensuring all subordinates are actively working toward established milestones
• Hold regular technical team meetings to determine progress and address any questions or challenges regarding projects
• Define, identify, secure, and coordinate internal and external resources and expertise, as appropriate, for the program/project implementation
• Drive functional and technical specifications to completion, engage effectively with key stakeholders, identify and set success criteria and have a full understanding of the project life cycle
• Determine and define clear deliverables, roles and responsibilities for staff members required for specific projects or initiative
• Facilitate the project team discussion to define the process for identifying and documenting issues in a project and recommending corrective action. Takes the lead in the issue resolution process and identifies project priorities when resolving issues
• Communicates the status of issue management activities to project team members and organizational stakeholders

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field required
• More than 10 years related work experience required in project management and/or software development/system management experience
• Knowledge and experience using basic and intermediate project management tools and techniques
• Advanced technical computer skills as required for technical support specific to functional area and related systems
• Candidate will have a proven track record of producing quality deliverables on time, taking ownership and accountability of assignments and demonstrating a strong work ethic
