Senior Project Manager M&A(Mergers and Acquisitions) Position Overview
we are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives across business and technology domains. This individual will drive end-to-end project delivery spanning HR/People operations, IT systems integration, finance, real estate, and customer-facing platforms. The ideal candidate brings a strong blend of technical acumen, business process expertise, and stakeholder leadership, with a proven ability to manage large-scale transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities Project & Program Leadership

• Lead multiple concurrent, enterprise-wide projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives
• Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource plans while proactively managing risks and dependencies
• Establish governance frameworks, reporting structures, and KPIs to ensure successful execution

Cross-Functional Delivery

• Partner with stakeholders across:
• HR/People (HRIS implementations, workforce transformation)
• Finance & Accounting (ERP initiatives, financial system enhancements)
• IT (systems integration, network infrastructure, security, and compliance)
