The Product Manager Sr will lead innovation for Dayforce Wallet, focusing on building exceptional user experiences and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive product strategy and execution.
Responsibilities:
- Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Dayforce Wallet features
- Deeply understand end-user needs through research, data analysis, and direct customer engagement
- Build seamless, consumer-grade experiences that simplify payments and improve financial well-being
- Partner with Engineering and Design to translate requirements into scalable, secure solutions
- Navigate payments ecosystems, compliance requirements, and risk considerations in a fintech context
- Prioritize initiatives using data, experimentation, and business impact
- Work in a fast-paced, B2C-oriented environment where customer expectations are high and iteration cycles are rapid
