HSN is a customer service-focused company seeking a Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Specialist to assist customers with inquiries and promote products. The role involves handling a high volume of inbound calls while providing personalized service and problem-solving support.
Responsibilities:
- Assist our Spanish and English speaking customers
- Handle a high volume of inbound customer inquiries
- Offer additional products on each customer interaction
- Assist our customers with questions while personalizing the experience for each caller
- Confirm refunds, take payments, place orders, and analyze account data
- Report to an assigned Customer Service Supervisor
Requirements:
- Provide a distraction free work from home environment
- 12 months or more of customer service experience
- Learn and work in a virtual environment
- Communicate with a variety of styles
- Navigate multiple systems and screens
- Follow HSN computer system requirements
- Troubleshoot own technical problems (partner with IT when needed)
- Available to work weekends, holidays, and additional hours
