Inspired Interiors Inc. is a luxury interior design firm seeking an experienced Senior Social Media & Digital Marketing Specialist to own and elevate our established digital presence. This role focuses on managing social media accounts, creating high-quality content, and optimizing digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility.
Responsibilities:
- Own day-to-day management of established social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn (minimal activity on Pinterest, TikTok, and YouTube)
- Create, schedule, and publish high-quality content including graphics, captions, behind-the-scenes storytelling, and occasional ads
- Collaborate with the internal team on creative direction; limited reel creation support will be provided
- Maintain a consistent, elevated brand voice aligned with a luxury interior design studio
- Monitor performance, optimize content strategy, and report on monthly results
- Support social media and digital marketing efforts to increase visibility and drive bookings
- Align content with hospitality, travel, and lifestyle audiences
- Manage and execute email newsletters
- Conduct periodic SEO, UX, and conversion audits
- Monitor analytics and provide monthly insights and strategic recommendations
- Implement minor website updates directly or coordinate with third-party specialists as needed
- Utilize tools such as Hotjar for behavioral insights
- Support brand visibility across emerging AI-based discovery platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini) through structured content and reputation-building strategies
- Request and secure two new reviews per month across platforms such as Google and Houzz
- Identify new opportunities for brand awareness, partnerships, and lead generation
- Use platforms such as Qwoted to identify and respond to relevant media opportunities
- Pitch and help secure placements in appropriate design, lifestyle, and real estate outlets
Requirements:
- 8–10+ years of senior-level experience in digital marketing, social media, or PR
- Proven experience managing established brand accounts (not startup-only experience)
- Strong writing, communication, and visual storytelling skills
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, social scheduling tools, and analytics platforms
- Solid understanding of SEO, paid advertising, and social algorithms
- Experience in luxury markets such as interior design, real estate, hospitality, lifestyle, or fashion strongly preferred
- Comfortable working independently and owning strategy through execution
