Nsight Health is a fast-growing healthcare technology company transforming revenue cycle operations through intelligent automation and data-driven solutions. They are seeking a driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to fuel their sales pipeline and support Account Executives in expanding Nsure’s national footprint.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect and generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and strategic outreach
- Educate prospects on Nsure’s revenue cycle automation platform and value proposition
- Track all activities accurately in CRM and maintain clean pipeline data
- Schedule high-quality discovery meetings for Account Executives
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to refine messaging and outreach strategies
- Build and maintain strong relationships through consistent follow-up and professional communication
- Meet or exceed activity metrics and pipeline generation goals
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of sales or business development experience (healthcare or technology preferred)
- Experience with B2B outbound prospecting and cold calling
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly motivated, resilient, and goal-oriented
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficient with CRM systems and sales engagement tools
- Coachable and open to feedback in a high-growth environment
- Experience in healthcare revenue cycle management (RCM)
- Familiarity with insurance workflows, denials management, or reimbursement processes
- Background in SaaS or enterprise software sales
