RediRecruit Global is currently hiring Customer Service Assistants to join a growing remote team. In this role, you will connect with clients through phone or Zoom, help answer their questions, and guide them through selecting the right life insurance coverage for their families.
Responsibilities:
- Connect with clients via phone or Zoom using company-provided leads
- Provide friendly and professional customer service to help clients understand their insurance options
- Assist families in selecting suitable life insurance coverage
- Guide clients through the application and enrollment process
- Maintain clear communication and follow-up with potential clients
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely
- Organized and able to manage conversations with clients effectively
- Must be able to obtain a life insurance license (full guidance and support provided)
- Customer service or sales experience is helpful but not required
