• 5+ years of experience in hardware/network development & testing
• Strong expertise in Ethernet networking (STP, VLANs, OSPF, EIGRP, HSRP, VRRP, ACLs, etc.)
• Experience with network design, testbeds, and troubleshooting (IT/OT environments)
• Hands-on with Cisco/Stratix switches & Rockwell/Allen-Bradley products
• Ability to work independently on complex technical solutions and testing strategies
