Role Overview

We are seeking a Content Designer (UX Writer) to shape intuitive, user-centric experiences across digital products within the Consumer & Community Banking (CCB) space.

In this role, you will partner closely with product managers, UX designers, and engineers to craft clear, concise, and engaging content that enhances usability and builds customer trust. You will play a key role in defining content strategies, improving product experiences, and ensuring consistency across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute content strategies aligned with user experience principles and business goals
• Create clear, concise, and engaging UX content (microcopy, UI text, product flows)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent and cohesive user journeys
• Design and maintain content structures, taxonomies, and information architecture
• Apply brand voice and tone to simplify complex financial concepts for diverse audiences
• Incorporate accessibility and inclusive design principles into all content
• Analyze content performance and user feedback to drive continuous improvement
• Work in an iterative design environment, refining content based on insights and testing

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Content Design / UX Writing / Content Strategy
• Strong portfolio demonstrating product-focused writing for digital platforms
• Experience with content architecture, storytelling, and structured writing
• Familiarity with design tools (Figma, Sketch) and collaboration workflows
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices
• Ability to translate complex financial or technical concepts into simple content
• Experience working in agile, cross-functional product teams
• Strong analytical mindset with experience leveraging data and user insights
