Our client is looking for a Desktop Support Technician for a 2-month contract in Chicago, IL 60606.

Required Skills & Experience
- 2-5 years of related work experience, or an AA degree, technical training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Solid experience and understanding of IT services and products - including software, hardware, and network troubleshooting skills, PC imaging and deployment, and IMAC experience
- Excellent customer service skills.
What You Will Be Doing
- Responsible for interacting with and servicing our clients with any technical problem they are experiencing.
- Solve a broad range of day-to-day onsite technical issues on network infrastructure and internal desktop systems.
