Senior Full Stack Developer

- Position: Senior Full Stack Developer (Core Java Backend + React Frontend)
- Contract Duration: 12 months
- Experience Required: 10 12 years

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Core Java (Java 8+)
- Build and enhance responsive web applications with React.js
- Develop RESTful APIs and integrate them with frontend applications
- Work with microservices architecture and distributed systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product managers, QA, DevOps)
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
- Contribute to system design, architecture, and technical decisions

Required Qualifications:
- 10 12 years of hands-on Java development experience
- Strong expertise in Core Java, Multithreading, Collections, OOP concepts
- Experience with Spring Framework/Spring Boot
- Proficiency in React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, CSS
- Proven experience building REST APIs and Microservices
- Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases (Oracle, MySQL, MongoDB)
- Familiarity with Git and CI/CD pipelines
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform)
- Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Exposure to performance tuning and system optimization
- Prior experience working in onsite/offshore model
