The Director, F&B Operations is responsible for leading the F&B Operations team to provide dedicated food and beverage support to franchisees and their hotel teams in order to positively impact the guest experience and increase owner profitability and success.

What we need from you
10 years of progressive F&B Operations experience including department-head responsibilities, preferably with experience running or managing hotel F&B experiences
Travel - 25% required
Location - Our hybrid work structure is an expectation of three (3) days a week in the ATLANTA office. This expectation may be adjusted to evolve with the changing needs of the business.
The salary range for this role is $140,000 to $160,000. This role is also eligible for bonus pay. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401K and other benefits to employees.
