
At Easterseals PORT Health (ESPH), we’re seeking a compassionate and dedicated RN/Program Supervisor to join our team in Washington, NC at the Facility Based Crisis Center. The Facility Based Crisis center is a supervised medical environment where individuals safely withdraw from substances under professional care. The center offers 24/7 monitoring, medication support when needed, and structured programs to manage withdrawal symptoms for up to 7 days. The goal is to stabilize patients physically and prepare them for ongoing treatment or rehabilitation.

Your Role in Our Mission
As a Registered Nurse / Program Supervisor on the team, you will be in charge of quality improvement and compliance, team training as well as monitoring the budget and administrative policies for your location. The Program Supervisor provides direct supervision of the team; the ability to multi-task and think outside the box are critical skills to success in this integral leadership position.

This position follows a Monday-Friday, 8 am-5 pm work schedule, with some evening flexibility for program and client needs.
