Requirements
8+ years of relevant experience working on economic policy issues.
Previous experience in government, business, and/or nonprofit association settings is strongly preferred.
A post-graduate degree in international economics, international affairs, public policy, or a related field is strongly preferred.
An entrepreneurial mindset and a commitment to help scale the Foundation and create impact at the intersection of business and public policy.
Familiarity with international economic issues and demonstrated ability to evaluate and communicate the impact of complex policy, legislative, and regulatory changes on businesses.
Experience developing, coordinating, and executing educational or advocacy meetings, outreach, and initiatives.
A proven ability to build trusted relationships and collaborate effectively with diverse business and government stakeholders.
Excellent organizational skills, including attention to detail, agility in managing changing priorities, creating and implementing standard processes and procedures to create efficiencies, and effectively managing and executing multiple projects and campaigns at the same time.
A proven ability to work collaboratively as a team as well as independently, including ensuring clear ownership and roles in the execution of tasks, projects, and events, effectively communicating and meeting expectations and deadlines, and driving consensus and alignment with teammates and key stakeholders.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including experience writing public comments, letters, policy briefs, and thought pieces, ability to serve as a source for print and broadcast media, and a demonstrated capability to distill complex topics into clear, concise, and actionable advice with brevity and precision.
The ability to travel for business purposes up to 40% of the time.
