TigerConnect transforms healthcare with the industry’s most widely adopted clinical collaboration platform. The Senior Manager, Content Marketing will elevate the brand narrative and content strategy, working closely with various teams to drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and own a unified content marketing strategy aligned with TigerConnect’s business and brand goals
- Oversee creation of high-impact content across formats including but not limited to: blog posts, case studies, ebooks, reports, videos, webinars, and more
- Coordinate closely with product marketing, demand gen, clinical, sales, and Customer Success to fuel campaigns, thought leadership, and brand initiatives
- Elevate TigerConnect’s brand voice, positioning, and visual identity across channels (owned, earned, and paid)
- Lead customer marketing: advocacy programs, testimonials, and case study development
- Manage content calendar, ensuring timely execution and performance-driven editorial planning
- Define and track KPIs: engagement, reach, pipeline attribution, SEO rankings, and conversion metrics
- Conduct audience and competitive research to inform content themes and tactics
- Optimize content workflows and tools (CMS, marketing automation, analytics, SEO, social platforms)
Requirements:
- 8+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience with a strong emphasis on content and customer engagement strategy
- Exceptional storytelling skills, with keen attention to messaging, design, and editorial quality
- Highly organized with strong project and time management skills; thrives in fast-paced environments
- Deep understanding of content distribution channels and best practices
- Experience in healthcare tech/digital health required
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Passionate about building content that educates, inspires trust, and drives demand
