Giant Group is seeking an Area Sales Manager to oversee and drive sales activities within a designated territory. The primary responsibilities include planning and monitoring sales activities, implementing customer selection processes, and coordinating promotional activities to enhance product visibility and sales.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and monitor sales activities to achieve territory and monthly sales & collection targets
- Implement & assist in the selection process of customers to optimize market coverage and manage credit and debtors effectively
- Implement strategies to minimize product returns and ensure product liquidation
- Conduct regular market research to stay informed about industry trends and customer preferences
- Coordinate and execute promotional activities to boost product visibility and sales
- Gather and report competitors' information to the Sales Managers to inform strategic decisions
- Maintain high levels of motivation and satisfaction among team members through effective communication and support
- Prepare and submit regular sales, collection, promotional & other activity reports and maintain accurate records of transactions and customer interactions
- Undertake any other assignments assigned by the Supervisor related to the business
Requirements:
- Experience: 5-7 years
