Gumshoe AI is focused on helping marketers understand how AI search tools recommend products. They are seeking a Growth Manager to lead acquisition, activation, and lifecycle initiatives across their self-serve and enterprise operations, collaborating closely with Product and Revenue teams.
Responsibilities:
- Develop a deep understanding of Gumshoe’s users, buyers, and ideal customer profiles
- Shape how the market understands AI search visibility and GEO, and turn that into messaging that actually converts
- Turn customer insights into clear narratives, content, and GTM direction
- Run experiments that drive high-quality self-serve signups
- Improve onboarding and time-to-value in close partnership with Product
- Identify and scale growth loops using product data and user behavior
- Continuously test messaging, channels, and conversion points
- Build lifecycle programs that move users from signup to value to paid conversion
- Improve retention and expansion using behavioral signals and segmentation
- Drive more relevant, targeted engagement across the user journey
- Help evolve Gumshoe’s marketing systems, data, and reporting infrastructure
- Build workflows that connect product usage and account signals to segmentation and outreach
- Create clear visibility into acquisition, activation, and conversion performance
- Work closely with Product, Revenue, and Customer Success to align on growth priorities
- Bring growth insights back into product decisions and roadmap discussions
