Propy Inc. is a start to finish real estate transactional company that uses AI and modern day technologies to streamline the closing process. They are seeking a Sales Account Executive who will manage client accounts, build relationships with brokers and real estate agents, and drive revenue growth while collaborating with internal teams to optimize the Propy platform for clients.
Responsibilities:
- Generate new leads and qualify inbound leads through cold calling agents and brokers (50 calls per day)
- Set up and run virtual and in-person meetings with Real Estate agents and brokers
- Provide excellent customer service and build long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals
- Educate prospects about the benefits of the products and services
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and quotas
- Collaborate with the team to understand client's needs and provide tailored solutions
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitive landscape to identify new sales opportunities
- Utilize CRM and sales tools to track sales performance, pipeline, and client information
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and industry events to improve sales skills and knowledge
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to the management team
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a sales, marketing, or business administration field is preferred but not required
- 3+ years of sales experience is required
- Proven successful track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets is required
- Experience selling to Real Estate agents and brokers is preferred
- Excellent proficiency in cold calling (50 calls per day) and handling objections
- Real estate industry knowledge is required
- Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills
- Excellent time management and organization skills
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to effectively cold call, execute email and LinkedIn campaigns, and handle objections
- Strong presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner
- Proficiency in using CRM and sales software to track leads and opportunities (Hubspot)
- Remote work experience is required
- Knowledge of the Real Estate industry is required

- Understanding of sales processes and related procedures
