Storm4 is one of the leading electrical contractors, specializing in complex electrical projects for mission-critical environments. As a Senior Electrical Project Manager, you will lead large-scale data center electrical construction projects, managing all aspects from bid award through closeout.
Responsibilities:
- Own project schedules, milestones, budgets, labor forecasting, and cost control
- Manage change orders, procurement, materials delivery, and billing
- Track project KPIs and ensure financial performance
- Perform electrical take-offs and scope reviews
- Review drawings, specs, and final bids
- Finalize project summary sheets
- Maintain and grow key client relationships
- Generate $1–2M in new business annually
- Support repeat and negotiated work
- Visit job sites and lead project meetings
- Coordinate subcontractors and collaborate with superintendents
- Build trust with field teams and inspectors
- Mentor junior PMs and support office staff
- Own project outcomes, risk mitigation, and profitability
- Influence cross-functional teams to deliver on commitments

- Work closely with estimating, engineering, purchasing, safety, field leadership, and executive stakeholders

- Track project KPIs and ensure financial performance
- Perform electrical take-offs and scope reviews

- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- 3–7+ years of electrical Project Management experience
- 2+ years managing electrical projects $5M+ (data center experience strongly preferred)
- Strong estimating, labor forecasting, and financial controls experience
- Electrical / LV / energy systems knowledge
- PMP a plus
- Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills
- High-energy, adaptable, and comfortable under pressure
