Sr. Business Analyst (FHIR/CDA Domain) - Remote

Ahura Workforce Solutions is seeking two Senior Business Analysts to serve as the functional experts for their External Data Acquisition project. The role focuses on leading data discovery and ensuring accurate mapping and normalization of clinical data standards.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the effort to interpret and decompose FHIR resources and CDA document structures from external sources
• Define and document business-aligned data requirements for use-case-specific "serve views" in GCP
• Create detailed source-to-target mappings, translating nested clinical data into flattened, accessible formats
• Provide subject matter expertise on FHIR/CDA structures to internal technology resources

Requirements:

• Deep domain knowledge of FHIR and CDA standards
• Proven experience in healthcare data mapping and clinical data modeling
• Strong ability to translate complex technical specs into business-friendly interpretations
• Bachelors or Masters in Information Technology, Computer Science or relevant field
