Key Responsibilities
- Monitor security systems and respond to alerts and incidents
- Perform vulnerability assessments and basic penetration testing support
- Assist in implementing security controls and best practices
- Monitor logs, SIEM tools, and network activity for suspicious behavior
- Support identity and access management (IAM) processes
- Assist with compliance activities (HIPAA, data protection policies)
- Document security incidents, findings, and remediation steps
Required Qualifications
- 1 2 years of experience in Cyber Security or IT Security
- Basic knowledge of network security and security tools
- Familiarity with SIEM tools (e.g., Splunk, QRadar)
- Understanding of firewalls, VPNs, and endpoint security
- Basic scripting knowledge (Python or Bash)
- Knowledge of Linux and Windows environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
