Business Analyst with Equipment finance domain knowledge
Location: Charlotte / Raleigh / Atlanta (Onsite)
Key Responsibilities
- 10+ years of experience in equipment finance products including loans, leases (operating & capital), and vendor finance
- Support origination, credit underwriting, booking, servicing, billing, and collections processes
- Elicit, document, and manage business and functional requirements (BRDs, FRDs, user stories)
- Act as liaison between business, product, and IT teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery
- Support UAT planning, execution, and sign off
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and reviews
- Assist with data analysis, reporting, and regulatory/compliance-related requirements
- Experience with US banking clients
Required Experience & Skills
- Strong hands on experience in Equipment Finance / Asset Finance / Leasing
- Solid understanding of commercial lending and lease servicing concepts
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in banking or financial services
- Expertise in requirements elicitation, documentation, and stakeholder management
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Excel
Nice to Have
- Exposure to core lending or leasing platforms
- Prior onsite or client facing delivery experience
