Role Responsibility:
 Design and implement RAG pipelines using hybrid search vector keyword semantic ranking and metadata enrichment
 Apply chunking strategies fixed size recursive semantic agentic to optimize document segmentation for retrieval and embedding
 Finetune and evaluate LLMs eg GPT LLaMA Ollama for tasks such as QA summarization NER and sentiment analysis
 Build multiagentic systems
 Integrate AI capabilities into enterprise applications using Azure OpenAI Azure Foundry AI Search Azure Functions and Power Automate
 Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable AI solutions
 Ensure model reliability performance and ethical compliance across deployments
 Coordinate and manage the Offshore teamwork
 Participate and develop reports for the Weekly Status Reports Monthly Status Reports and Quarterly Status reports
 Participate in SCRUM and retrospectives
 Develop maintain and enhance the build and release process
 Manage security compliance of the Azure Subscription resources

 
Skills
10 years of experience as Fullstack developer and have strong AI Skills with experience of Digital Assistant and Azure Foundry agent building and publishing
 Programming Languages C Python  experience in building and consuming APIs
 Cloud Expertise Azure Cloud experience
 AI Platforms Microsoft Copilot Studio Azure Foundry
 Generative AI Experience with generative AI frameworks for building solutions and evaluation
 AI Agent Development Experience in building AI agents understanding of Agentic AI concepts
 Automation Tools Experience with Power Automate and automation driven solutions
 DevOps Tools Azure DevOps ADO experience
 Azure AI Services Experience and Knowledge of services such as Azure AI Foundry Azure AI Search and related services
 Prompt Engineering Skills in designing and optimizing prompts for AI models Agents
 Embeddings Familiarity with different embeddings generation techniques
 Evaluation Framework Evaluating the AI Agent responses and fine tuning it
 SDK Experience Handson experience with AI SDKs and APIs for solution development
