Role Overview
- Support installation, commissioning, and startup of capital equipment and systems
- Coordinate contractor and supplier activities onsite
- Maintain consistent presence on the manufacturing floor or construction job site
- Assess installation quality and mechanical readiness
- Serve as a liaison between engineering, plant teams, and contractors
- Promote strong safety, GMP, and food safety practices
Requirements
- Experience supporting onsite execution of capital projects in manufacturing or industrial environments
- Several years of relevant hands on experience in manufacturing, maintenance, utilities, or capital project execution roles
- Strong mechanical aptitude and practical field execution capability
- Formal Education in Engineering, Engineering Technology, or a closely
- related technical discipline is beneficial when paired with relevant field experience
