Forward Deployed Product Manager Lead

Tribe AI is an AI-native services company focused on helping enterprises leverage AI for business transformation. They are seeking a Senior Forward Deployed Product Manager to bridge client needs with technical capabilities, driving product strategy and execution while ensuring successful outcomes in AI solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Lead technical discovery with clients, design tailored AI solutions, and ensure fit between client needs and our capabilities
• Define clear product vision and success metrics, maintain a prioritized backlog, and use rapid prototyping to gather early feedback
• Own the product lifecycle end-to-end, lead client status meetings, and influence key stakeholders including C-suite executives
• Ensure deliverables meet technical standards and user needs, evolve scope based on feedback, and identify new value opportunities
• Translate client-specific solutions into scalable, repeatable products
• Contribute insights from client engagements to company-wide product strategy
• Share best practices across the organization to improve our overall approach

Requirements:

• 10+ years of product management experience, with significant time spent in client-facing roles
• Proven track record of leading complex technical product initiatives from conception to delivery
• Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies and their practical applications in enterprise settings
• Experience in consulting or professional services environments
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for business audiences
• Experience managing stakeholder relationships at the executive level
• Experience with agile methodologies and product development frameworks
