IR Labs is the innovation lab inside Integrated Research focused on turning cutting-edge AI research into impactful products. The Senior Product Manager will own the vision and strategy for AI/ML products, driving continuous discovery, translating tech into value, and leading go-to-market efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Own the charter 0→1 — set vision, strategy, and a ruthless roadmap that ships thin slices fast
- Run continuous discovery — interview key customer personas; turn insights into crisp use cases and user stories
- Translate deep tech into value — partner daily with the development team to turn research spikes into scoped, testable features
- Prioritize across horizons — balance quick-win LLM improvements with longer-bets in graph analytics, RL automation, and platform foundations
- Instrument what matters — define and track model + product + business KPIs
- Launch and iterate — drive alpha to launch: trials, docs, release notes; validate product-market-fit and feed rapid iteration loops
- Guard cost & safety — enforce quotas, secrets hygiene, guardrails against prompt-injection; partner on compliance (SOC2/GDPR/HIPAA) and reliability SLOs
- Drive GTM — shape pricing & packaging (seat/usage/value-based), product led growth onboarding, and collateral; support sales, community, and exec/board storytelling
Requirements:
- 5 + years product management with at least 3 years on ML‑driven platforms
- Proven 0→1 execution — shipped ML-driven products from blank page to first paying customers; built backlogs and dashboards, not just decks
- Technical curiosity — comfortable working with ML, engineering or data-heavy products (you don't need to code but you can talk to coders)
- Metrics & analytics chops — cohort analyses, experiment design, and evaluation suites that tie model performance to user and revenue outcomes
- GTM & monetization sense — experience with pricing/packaging, PLG funnels, and unit-economics; can run data-backed experiments
- Customer focus — skilled at understanding user pain points and friction, then turning them into solutions that deliver real value
- Security/compliance awareness — understands guardrails, data handling, and how standards affect design and sales cycles
- Leadership & influence — can brief execs, align engineering, and tell a clear story to customers and the community
- Startup mentality — bias for action, comfort with ambiguity, and willingness to do the unglamorous work to move the needle
