Senior Project Manager

The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for delivering technology projects on time and on budget while leading teams and managing client expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Lead multiple projects of varying size, scope and duration
• Establish strong client relations and manage interaction and expectations throughout the life of the project
• Create detailed project plans, status reports and manage issues, risks, and actions
• Manage communication, scope and mitigates risk across projects
• Manage Project budget and billing
• Partner across functional teams to deliver the best possible solution for a client
• Lead client-facing meetings regularly during key phases of the project
• Continually seek and capitalizes upon opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships
• Service as the escalation point person for the customer, delivery and other associated Presidio teams and vendor partners

Requirements:

• 8+ years' experience as a hands-on Project Manager managing technical network infrastructure implementation projects and having customer facing experiences or equivalent experience in an IT organization
• Demonstrated ability to plan, organize and successfully drive projects to meet defined budgets and timelines
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience managing project financials and scheduling internal resources
• Strong verbal, written communication and presentation skills
• Proficient in MS Project is preferred
• PMP knowledge (certification preferred)
• ITIL knowledge (certification preferred)
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and/or military experience
