Apex Systems is a world-class IT services company that serves thousands of clients across the globe. They are seeking a Project Manager to oversee program management across customer-facing initiatives, ensuring effective execution, measurement, and analytics. The role includes using AI tools for program management and reporting on key performance indicators.
Responsibilities:
- Own day-to-day program management across a set of customer-facing initiatives, maintaining a single integrated view of scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, and decisions
- Drive program operating rhythm (weekly reviews, risk/issue management, action tracking), ensuring consistent follow-through and predictable delivery
- Coordinate across teams to unblock execution and ensure readiness for launches, pilots, and scale motions
- Support prioritization by surfacing tradeoffs, sequencing constraints, and cross-program impacts to help leaders make informed decisions
- Define and track program KPIs and success signals; create recurring reporting that ties activity to outcomes (adoption, usage, satisfaction, productivity, operational impact)
- Build and maintain dashboards or scorecards to show progress and business value Provide status reports and summary insights that can be consumed in leadership forums
- Use AI tools to accelerate planning, communications, insights synthesis, risk detection, and reporting
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent experience)
- 4+ years' experience in program/project management across cross-functional stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams, dependencies, and deadlines with strong execution discipline
- Experience creating program reporting and translating program progress into leadership-ready updates and insights
- Microsoft 365 (Teams, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
- AI tools
- Power BI (preferred)
- Experience in data analysis supporting program execution; comfort with dashboards
- Some proficiency with Power BI to create lightweight analyses and executive-ready visuals
- Experience in customer-facing programs (enablement, adoption, onboarding, success motions, pilots)
