• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale, cross-functional initiatives in payments and insurance
• Provide comprehensive project management, including defining scope, budgeting, and overseeing timelines to meet key deliverables
• Develop and maintain productive relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment and effective communication across teams
• Assess project risks and opportunities, devising proactive strategies to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities
• Regularly present project updates, outcomes, and strategic insights to senior leadership
