Product Management Lead Analyst

Cigna Healthcare is dedicated to improving the health and vitality of those they serve, and they are seeking a Product Management Lead Analyst to shape data and analytics products that enhance healthcare outcomes. The role involves driving product strategies, coordinating cross-functional teams, and managing multiple initiatives to deliver measurable value.

Responsibilities:

• Translate business goals into clear product strategies that deliver measurable value
• Lead end-to-end execution of new products and product enhancements within Intelligence Solutions Research Services
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across product, sales, operations, and external partners to ensure alignment and momentum
• Own project planning, including timelines, dependencies, and resource needs, and adapt plans as priorities evolve
• Anticipate risks and challenges early, communicate them clearly, and lead thoughtful mitigation strategies
• Make informed decisions when multiple paths are available, balancing speed, quality, and impact
• Manage multiple high-visibility initiatives at once while maintaining focus and delivery excellence
• Communicate progress and insights with confidence to stakeholders at all levels, from senior leaders to frontline teams
• Partner with stakeholders to define, refine, and prioritize the product backlog to support long-term growth

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in product management, project management, healthcare, analytics, or a related field
• Experience working within healthcare, clinical research, clinical trials, or analytics-driven environments
• Demonstrated ability to plan, manage, and deliver complex projects from concept through execution
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence, align, and build trust across diverse teams
• Proven ability to navigate ambiguity, adapt to change, and maintain momentum
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OneNote
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Experience with product backlogs and agile or hybrid delivery models
• Familiarity with Wrike or similar project management tools
• Experience supporting Real World Evidence, patient-reported outcomes, or digital transformation initiatives
