UST HealthProof is a trusted partner for health plans, offering an integrated ecosystem for health plan operations. The Product Management Internship provides an opportunity to learn core product management skills, support market research, and collaborate with engineering and data teams to address product challenges.
Responsibilities:
- Learn core product management skills by helping translate user and business needs into clear product requirements and simple feature stories
- Support market and policy research related to Medicare Advantage and risk adjustment, summarizing insights that inform product direction
- Assist with organizing product backlogs, documenting acceptance criteria, and helping prioritize features based on data and stakeholder input
- Collaborate with engineering and data teams to understand real world product challenges and propose thoughtful, user centered solutions
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related major
- Experience with C, .NET, and SQL
- Self-starter
- Confident and accountable
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Data driven
- Experience with Azure and / or AWS
