IT Software Engineer Senior

Pathward is a financial empowerment company dedicated to creating financial inclusion for all. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing features for software products, focusing on the migration of the NICE Actimize platform to Actimize Cloud and supporting various data engineering initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a key contributor to the migration of the NICE Actimize platform from on-prem infrastructure to Actimize Cloud, supporting critical data migration, integration, and validation activities
• Support other ETL processes and data pipelines used for ingesting, transforming, and validating large data sets
• Perform data analysis, reconciliation, and validation to ensure data integrity across systems
• Participates in troubleshooting data, integration, and application issues across environments
• Collaborate with Business, Data, and Technology teams to define systems and business requirements and support system integrations
• Writes code and performs testing and debugging applications
• Completes documentation of procedures for installation and maintenance
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience
• Typically 5+ years with bachelor's or equivalent
• Experience working with NICE Actimize platforms or similar financial crime / AML monitoring systems
• Experience supporting system migration or modernization initiatives, including on-prem to Cloud migrations
• Strong experience working with SQL and relational databases, including complex queries and data analysis
• Experience with data integration and ETL processes
• Experience supporting or working with large-scale data environments and financial systems
