Product Management Internship - Summer 2026

UST HealthProof is a trusted partner for health plans, offering an integrated ecosystem for health plan operations. The Product Management Internship provides an opportunity to learn core product management skills by translating user and business needs into product requirements, conducting market research, and collaborating with engineering teams to propose user-centered solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Support the Product team and get exposure to various departments and strategic initiatives through our Discover weekly series
• Participate in our three-day Innovation Challenge and a final internship project presentation to showcase the impact you’ve made
• Learn core product management skills by helping translate user and business needs into clear product requirements and simple feature stories
• Support market and policy research related to Medicare Advantage and risk adjustment, summarizing insights that inform product direction
• Assist with organizing product backlogs, documenting acceptance criteria, and helping prioritize features based on data and stakeholder input
• Collaborate with engineering and data teams to understand real world product challenges and propose thoughtful, user centered solutions

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related major
• Experience with C, .NET, and SQL
• Self-starter
• Confident and accountable
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Data driven
• Experience with Azure and / or AWS
