LanceSoft, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative to manage customer orders and work with the export team. The role requires proficiency in ERP systems and strong analytical skills to ensure efficient order processing and customer service operations.
Responsibilities:
- Primary function is customer order management
- Specifically works with the export team, exporting orders outside the country
- Experience with logistics, transportation, movement of goods through export process, export documentation will be extremely helpful to be successful
- Proficiency in enterprise systems including SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office Suite (ERP experience – minimum of 1 year, more is highly preferred)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Experience in order processing and customer service operations
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of cGMP and quality system standards preferred
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Demonstrated success in meeting service level agreements and performance metrics
- Experience with data analysis and reporting
- Excellent interpersonal skills and professional demeanor
- Ability to work with minimal supervision while maintaining accuracy
- Basic understanding of supply chain and order fulfillment processes

- Additional certifications in customer service or project management are beneficial
