Function Health is the AI operating system for health, aiming to empower individuals to live healthier lives through proactive, data-driven insights. The Growth Marketing Manager will drive member activation strategies across employer clients, utilizing AI tools to enhance marketing efforts and ensure effective cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities:
- Design and execute end-to-end activation strategies that drive enrollment, engagement, and utilization across employer clients
- Translate business goals into clear growth plans across segmentation, messaging, incentives, and channel mix
- Balance strategy with hands-on execution—this is not a purely strategic role
- Use AI tools to generate campaign ideas, messaging, segmentation strategies, and experimentation roadmaps
- Build and optimize AI-powered workflows for campaign creation, testing, and iteration
- Continuously identify ways to replace manual processes with AI-driven systems to increase speed and performance
- Bring new, creative approaches to growth that go beyond traditional lifecycle marketing
- Create repeatable activation playbooks that can scale across diverse employer clients
- Develop frameworks for launches, comms calendars, segmentation, and campaign execution
- Turn one-off success into repeatable, systemized growth motions
- Orchestrate cross-functional execution across Sales, Client Success, Marketing, PMM, RevOps, and Data
- Ensure alignment on timelines, deliverables, and performance goals
- Enable internal teams and client stakeholders (HR/benefits teams) with toolkits, messaging, and launch frameworks
- Own activation funnel performance (signup, conversion, utilization, time-to-activation)
- Run continuous experimentation across messaging, incentives, channels, and timing
- Partner with Data and RevOps to analyze performance and identify key growth drivers
Requirements:
- 5–8 years of experience in growth, lifecycle marketing, or B2B2C activation (ideally in employer benefits, healthcare, or SaaS)
- Proven ability to own and execute growth initiatives end-to-end (not just support or coordinate)
- Demonstrated experience using AI tools to drive marketing workflows, ideation, and execution
- Strong experimentation mindset with experience in funnels, cohorts, and performance optimization
- Ability to operate in a scrappy, fast-paced environment with high ownership and limited structure
- Experience working cross-functionally across Sales, Client Success, RevOps, Product Marketing, and Data
- Strong communication and storytelling skills across both internal and external audiences
- Experience in employer benefits, digital health, or B2B2C subscription models
- Familiarity with behavior change, incentives, or engagement strategies
- Experience building enablement materials for client-facing teams
- Exposure to high-growth or venture-backed environments
