Requirements:

• CS/IT Graduates or About to be Grads
• Hands-on experience
• Real projects
• Interview-ready candidates
• Ability to contribute on day one
• Proven ability to apply knowledge in real-world scenarios
• Master fundamentals: coding, debugging, data structures, system thinking

• End-to-end capability: build an API, connect a database, deploy a service, analyze data, explain results, and handle interviews calmly
