Uber is focused on enhancing the experience for fleet couriers through its Progression team. The Senior Product Manager will define product strategy, collaborate with various teams, and iterate on user insights to maximize fleet courier utilization.
Responsibilities:
- Define and product strategy to maximize fleet courier utilization, with a direct connection to Uber's bottom line
- Work closely with teams across Uber including Eng, Data Science, and Operations to align business and product strategy
- Translate user needs and insights into product requirements by distilling user problems, writing hypotheses, and describing desired outcomes
- Distill insights from various data sources such as performance dashboards, experimentation results, and user research. Then apply the findings back into the product development process
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Management or equivalent
- Experience working with design on complex UI challenges
- At least 5 years of experience as a Product Manager
- Experience building consumer products
- This is a user-focused role, so experience delivering highly successful and creative mobile user-facing products is a must
- Experience using data to drive strategic decisions
- This is a complex problem space, requiring experience with experimentation and data-driven decision-making
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Experience in workforce management
- Experience with scaled or platform products
