Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage project plans, including scope, budget, timeline, and resource allocation
- Coordinate and lead project teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize potential issues
- Monitor project progress, track milestones, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders
- Conduct project evaluations and post-implementation reviews to identify areas for improvement
- Ensure adherence to project management best practices and industry standards
- Foster a positive team environment, promoting collaboration and knowledge sharing
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation within projects
- Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold the firm’s respectful and courteous work environment
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university required
- Proven experience as an IT Project Manager, successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- PMP preferred
