
Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end delivery of Workday Financials projects (implementation, enhancement, integration)
Manage modules including:
General Ledger (GL)
Accounts Payable & Receivable (AP/AR)
Asset Management
Procurement & Supplier Management
Banking & Settlements
Financial Reporting
Partner with Finance & Procurement leadership to align system design with business needs
Drive business process optimization across:
Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
Record-to-Report (R2R)
Supplier onboarding & spend controls
Coordinate with:
Workday functional teams
Integration teams (EIB, Studio, Core Connectors)
Third-party vendors & internal SMEs
Oversee:
Data conversion & validation
Integration readiness
Testing cycles (SIT/UAT)
Cutover & production deployment
Manage project timelines, risks, scope, and stakeholder communication
Required QualificationsBachelor s degree in a related field
PMP Certification (Mandatory)
5+ years of IT Project Management experience
3+ years of Workday Financials experience
Strong experience in ERP implementations
Solid understanding of:
Accounting & procurement processes
Financial reporting structures
ERP integrations
Technical SkillsMS Project, MS Visio
SharePoint, MS Office 365
MS Teams
Strong communication & presentation skills
Preferred ExperienceState government project experience
Vendor-managed project coordination
Hands-on exposure to:
Workday Financial Management
Workday Procurement
