- Role supports the SNOW Operations Team
- New application development
- Incident management
- Procedural changes
- Environment details:
- Kanban alone is considered too much of a pivot
- Twoweek cadence remains in place
- Flexibility to pick up and pause work as needed
- Approximately 60 applications supported
- High volume of incoming incidents
- Team is shifting from Scrum toward ScrumBan
- Agile experience is welcome, provided candidates are not strongly opposed to Kanbanstyle workflows
- Level flexibility:
- Open to midlevel or senior candidates
- Years of experience do not directly equate to skill level
- Rough guidance: 7 8+ years for seniorlevel consideration
HighLevel Responsibilities
- Support PI planning and quartersized work efforts
- Heavy emphasis on relationship management and communication
- Scrumrelated responsibilities:
- Story creation and refinement
- Story pointing
- Running agile cadence meetings
- Ticket creation and management in ServiceNow (SNOW) and Jira
- Team has an automated connector syncing Stories and Epics between both tools
