TechWish is a company seeking a Business Analyst specializing in supply chain management. The role involves client management, project coordination, and stakeholder management to enhance operational efficiency and identify growth opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Be able to lead the conversations with the client and develop deep understanding of the nature of work to share new ideas and opportunity segments
- Communicate with the clients and understand their business needs
- The candidate is required to bring in consulting expertise and work closely with the client to identify opportunities for growth and scale the engagement
- Project workflow management for the lifecycle of the project including but not limited to Project initiation, Project tracking, Risk capturing and status updates to stakeholders by working closely with the project /program manager; Manage project/resource allocations independently
- Conduct monthly/periodic activities related to revenue forecast, revenue recognition, finalizing invoice amount and details, monitoring unbilled and outstanding while coordinating with Delivery and Finance team; Deep dive of Financial MIS and reporting, as required
- Ensure delivery is managed efficiently and effectively, in line with relevant policies and standards; Ensure necessary documentation and update of Third-Party Agreements relevant for data usage, Data Security, Polices and Procedures (client specific); Maintain audit trail of relevant information; Be a SPOC for IT related issues for the client teams s/he is supporting; Provide administrative support to team for managing client specific process requirements
- Establish strong rapport with key stakeholders, Senior Business Leaders, IT and Human Capital (HC); Effectively communicate with, influence, and manage stakeholders at all levels, taking account of their levels of influence and interest. This includes identifying, addressing, and resolving differences between individuals and/or interest groups, using suitable channels for achieving clear outcomes, consensus, and conflict resolution
- Use problem-solving methodologies to propose creative solutions to solve operational sporadic and recurring issues related to technology, access, connectivity, allocation, etc
- Time-to-time lead adhoc projects that helps improve the overall experience for the team and client. Example: Implementing new data security measures, workspace management, setting-up knowledge management portal, implementing workflows
- Create and maintain key MIS reports to be shared with clients and internal stakeholders; Ensuring timely responses to all emails, requests and queries raised by delivery team and enabling functions like Finance, IT, Staffing, Operational Excellence on Operational matters related with the client accounts being supported
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5-10 year of Industry experience
- Excellent computer skills and proficient in MS applications
- Career aspiration should be in project management/Governance
- Good to have MIS reporting/Project Management knowledge
- Education: Graduation (Full time with no breaks)
- Project Management certification is plus (PMP, Prince2)
- BA, Consulting, project management
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent interpersonal skills, should have great attitude towards work and focused
- Good to have - Scrum, Supply chain domain
