What You ll Do:
Navitas is seeking a UX / Service Designer to support human-centered design initiatives for state and government clients. This role focuses on designing testable prototypes, facilitating collaborative workshops, and producing high-quality design artifacts to support solution evaluation and delivery. The ideal candidate will be experienced in working within structured government environments while maintaining a strong focus on accessibility and user experience.
