Role: Lead Salesforce Solutions Engineer
Location Durham NC 27709
Contract 12+ Months

• Hands-on Salesforce experience across configuration, customization, and solution design
• Strong hands-on development experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, and integration development in enterprise environments
• Experience supporting public-sector, regulated, or compliance-heavy programs (or equivalent experience in complex multi-team environments).
• Experience leading technical discovery, design sessions, or development teams in a senior or lead capacity.
• Discovery and requirements: Lead technical discovery sessions with product owners and program stakeholders to define requirements, evaluate solution options, and recommend bestfit approaches.
• Release management readiness: Review Salesforce Spring, Summer, and Winter release notes to identify breaking changes, deprecations, new settings, and feature impacts. Assess platform updates affect existing systems and integrations.
• Coordination and communication: Collaborate with vendors, product owners, administrators, QA teams, and business stakeholders to plan and execute required updates and deliverables.
• AI-enablement: Apply AIdriven approaches to enhance Salesforce solutions, including identifying practical use cases, incorporating intelligent automation, and ensuring responsible and compliant use of emerging technologies.
