The Front Desk Associate serves as the first point of contact for residents, guests, and vendors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. This role manages reception operations, handles inquiries, and ensures the front desk area is welcoming, organized, and efficient.
Responsibilities:

Receive, log, and organize incoming
packages and deliveries

Assist residents with package pickup
and general inquiries

Maintain an organized and efficient
receiving area

Provide excellent customer service
to residents, guests, and vendors

Assist with administrative tasks,
including emails and resident communications
Qualifications:

Strong organizational and
multitasking skills

Ability to lift and move packages as
needed

Excellent customer service and
communication skills

Basic to intermediate computer
skills (email, documents, newsletters, etc.)

Professional demeanor and
reliability
Preferred:

Prior experience in a front desk,
concierge, or receiving role

Experience working in a residential
or condominium setting
Full-Time Monday-Friday 9am-5pm
Compensation: Up to $20 DOE
