A Day in the Life:
The Manager, Executive Talent Acquisition's primary responsibility is to source and attract a diversified pool of senior level talent. This individual consults with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to develop timely strategy to deliver the best talent; while managing the full cycle of the recruitment process. The position requires critical and strategic thinking as well as strong recruiting, sourcing, networking, and relationship building skills.
The salary range for this position is starting at $100,000; commensurate with experience.
